The property will be available from 4.00pm onwards and clients need to vacate by 10.00am on their day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with Nerjamar.
The client recognises that Nerjamar are not the owners of the properties available for holiday let and only act in the capacity as agents for the owners.
Any defects in the property should be reported promptly on arrival to our offices. Nerjamar will then pass on this information to the owner of the property. Nerjamar will give assistance to the tenant, but ultimately the owner of the property will be responsible for any rectification.
There is no guarantee given regarding the reception of specific channels where the property is advertised as having satellite T.V. We cannot be held responsible if providers change their satellite coverage and footprint.
Where a property is advertised as having Internet access, we cannot be held responsible for any connection problems or speeds.
The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is as advertised. No additional guests are allowed.
Any claim arising from the use of the property will be directed to the owner; Nerjamar assumes no responsibility of any type from the use of the property.
Clients are reminded that some facilities such as Communal Swimming pools are seasonal and may not be available during some periods.
Nerjamar cannot be held responsible for any commencement of works etc that may be executed around the property that may cause noise or disturbance.
A 20% deposit is payable on booking. In the event of cancellation in excess of 3 months from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 45 euros. Any cancellation less than 3 months from the arrival date and the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of a cancellation within 2 weeks of the arrival date, the client is required to pay 50% of the balance pending to pay.
Upon arrival, the client is required to leave details of their credit card with Nerjamar, in order to cover the cost of any damages or excessive cleaning costs that may have occurred in the property whilst occupied by the client, up to a maximum value of 200 euros.
Upon the client´s arrival Nerjamar will block 200 euros on the client´s credit card to cover this security deposit and this will be unblocked after the client´s departure and once the property has been checked.
