The apartment is on the second floor and has 2 bedrooms - one with two single beds and ensuite shower room, and the other with a kingsize bed and next to a second shower room. Both bedrooms have access onto the wrap around terrace. Fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher, 2 plate electric hob and breakfast bar area with two stools. Separate dressing room with ample wardrobe space. The lounge dining room has two sofas, Smart TV and free Internet, dining table with 6 chairs. The spacious wrap around terrace is south and west facing and has views of the communal pool and gardens and the mountains. There is a gated access from Agua Marina to a footpath leading down to Burriana Beach, just 3 minutes walk. And it´s an easy 5 - 10 minute walk into Nerja town centre.
